2. About Martral Technologies

Martral Technologies is an electrical, instrumentation, and automation (EI&A) engineering firm registered in Nigeria and based at Agbara Industrial Estate, Ogun State. Our services include electrical design and installation, instrumentation and control systems, industrial automation, switchgear and motor control centres, preventive maintenance, and solar PV design.

3. Use of This Website

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate initial contact for engineering services. You may use it for lawful purposes only. You must not: use the website in any way that violates applicable Nigerian or international law; transmit unsolicited commercial communications; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems; or introduce viruses, malicious code, or other harmful material.

4. Enquiries and Quote Requests

Submitting a contact or quote-request form does not create a contract or any binding obligation on either party. A formal engineering engagement begins only upon execution of a written agreement or purchase order signed by an authorised representative of Martral Technologies.

Information provided in a quote request is used solely to prepare a preliminary assessment or proposal. Any proposal or quotation we issue is subject to our standard commercial terms, which will be provided separately.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day, but response times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on project volume.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, engineering diagrams, and software — is the property of Martral Technologies or its licensors and is protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property laws.
