We do not collect payment information, government identification numbers, or any special categories of sensitive personal data through this website.

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. A first-party session cookie may be set to remember your consent preference for this banner.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a project proposal, or provide a quotation for engineering services. We may also use your contact details to follow up on an open enquiry or previously submitted quote request.

We will not use your personal data for marketing communications without your explicit consent, and we will not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own commercial purposes.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, given when you voluntarily submit a form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where we are required to retain correspondence for contractual or regulatory reasons, we may do so under our legal obligations.

Nigeria's Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) governs the processing of personal data in Nigeria. We are committed to complying with its requirements, including processing data fairly, lawfully, and transparently.

6. Data Retention

We retain enquiry and quotation data for as long as is necessary to complete the engagement or, if no contract arises, for a period of up to twelve months from the date of submission. After that period we will delete or anonymise the data unless we are required to keep it by applicable law.

7. Your Rights

Under the NDPA 2023 and applicable data protection principles, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request erasure of your data where we have no lawful reason to retain it; withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent; and lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@martral.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
